I ordered a door lock mechanism which arrived very quick ,but upon fitting it was faulty and didn't activate all the other doors.i messaged them and they replied quickly and sent a replacement straight away which came in 2 days and this worked fine.great response and customer service ( communication) can't fault them

Brought a set of rear air bags for my transit delivery was received within a day and a half,well packed and upon fitting I found a faulty air press wire gauge which when I messaged the company they were quick to assist me and quickly came up with a partial refund which allowed me to get the matter resolved quickly and hassle free

Ordered via ebay. Rocker cover with gaskets for Astra H.
Arrived quickly, excellent communication, perfect fit. Solved my issues of increased internal crank case pressure. Cause - valve in rocker cover.
Absolutely perfect, would definitely order from them again ?

Ordered a Diesel Heater from this Company on the 15.12.22 as their site said they had UK stock, and I had seen a couple of positive reviews on their products.

As of 3 Jan 2023 I have heard nothing from the Company other than an email on the 30th, asking for a review on "How we have done"! I responded to this and asked where my goods are. Nothing back.

I emailed again directly, and again, I have heard absolutely nothing. Granted, we are over the Holiday season, but I have had numerous 3 day deliveries here prior to Xmas, so they cannot blame couriers.

I am wondering how many of these reviews on You Tube are genuine now.....

Be VERY careful with this company as it appears reimbursements are impossible too...

This company scammed me many times, last time about 400 USD !!!! They sent similar part (but on different vehicle), than you ordered, when you make a claim, send the item back on their adress, they replied after few months, that you sent nothing !!!!! Beware of them !!!

First class service could not be happier with the way you have treated me, well done all of you. Right up to the replacement turbo charger, which only took 3 days to arrive, many thanks to you all Cheers Jim
